1. SHIPPING PARTNERS

We use 3rd party courier services for delivery. We are NOT liable for delays, losses, or damages caused by courier partners.

2. DELIVERY TIMEFRAME

- Karachi/Lahore: 2-3 business days

- Other cities: 3-5 business days

- These are estimates only, not guarantees

- Delays may occur due to weather, traffic, courier issues

3. OUR LIABILITY

We make reasonable efforts to ship on time but are NOT responsible for:

- Courier delays

- Weather conditions

- Traffic/road issues

- Courier negligence or loss

- Any delays caused by us

4. TRACKING

- Order confirmation email includes tracking link

- Track your shipment directly with courier

- We cannot expedite deliveries with courier

5. DAMAGED/LOST SHIPMENTS

- Report damage/loss to courier within 48 hours

- Provide photos as proof

- Submit claim directly with courier

- We assist in documentation only

6. SHIPPING COSTS

- Free shipping on all orders unless changed otherwise.

- No refunds on shipping charges if there are any.

7. ADDRESS ACCURACY

- Ensure correct address at checkout

- We're not liable for wrong address deliveries

- Re-delivery charges apply if address was incorrect

8. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

- We do not ship internationally until we do.
